Jubatti, the history of an Italian company

  • Our Company was first established in the ancient town of Guardiagrele (Chieti), at the foot of Majella, thanks to the passion and dedication of a grandmother, in the shape of Jubatti Butcher’s Shop, which soon becomes a byword for quality and reliability.

  • The shop developed into a market oriented company through generations, starting from the strong impetus given by Carlo and Gianfranco Iubatti who, after years of experience in the sector, turned their butcher’s shop into a meat wholesale firm which gradually became, with a third generation, a successful company dealing in meat transformation and processing: Soalca Srl.

  • Firmly tied down to values such as respect for tradition, quality and healthiness of food, the Jubatti family, proudly at the helm of the company, has widened its activities, always keeping up with tradition and yet trying to meet its consumers’ new needs, offering strictly controlled and healthy products.
